The company’s management team and installers have a wealth of experience in home improvements, glass buildings and house construction, working in senior positions with the most prestigious companies in the industry.

Our window and door range comes in a choice of materials, from the popular uPVC range to aluminium and even timber. All our ranges come with colour choices for you to get creative on making your home as individual as you would like, bespoke design options, and materials; the choices are endless. On top of that, we offer high security and high energy ratings from double glazing A-rated to Triple glazing A+, keeping your home warmer when needed and helping keep rising energy costs down.

His unwavering passion and commitment to fulfilling the needs of each client with precision is unmatched within the industry. He upholds an unsurpassed standard for customer service excellence through meticulous detail, focus and dedication – garnering widespread admiration from peers as well as customers alike.
From Apprenticeship to success!
Chris had a passion for bricklaying, and he followed that dream – building his own business in Plymouth and the South Hams. His portfolio includes some of these prestigious sites: The Plymouth Dome, Copthorne Hotel, just to name two. Truly inspiring growth from an apprenticeship into success.
Experienced Home Improvement Specialist
Chris’ career in the home improvement sector started off with a bang back in 1990. With an eye for success, he quickly climbed through management and senior levels of national home improvement companies until his ambition drove him to Co-Found Optimus Windows and Doors
Chris enjoys a well-rounded life, bringing together his professional duties with family time and outdoor activities. Cooking over fire or BBQ is one of Chris’ favourite pastimes – often pursued in the company of his beloved grandchildren and canine companions!
JOHN FITZPATRICK-WARREN CO FOUNDER AND OPERATIONS PARTNER
Jon is an enthusiastic perfectionist who always puts quality first. Every customer receives the same high standards, whether they’re installing a single product or undertaking full renovations – Jon will make sure that everything is done right and to their satisfaction the first time.
Time served ex-Royal Marine
After completing his studies, Jon answered the call to serve in the HM Royal Marines for 16 years and completed many tours of duty overseas. His service allowed him to travel around world and experience different cultures first hand. After exiting the military life, Jon decided it was time for a career change and pursued an apprenticeship in fenestration Installation with associated building work that led him into employment with some leading national companies.
Two Decades of Experience
A true expert in his field, Jon has over two decades of experience leading teams and managing projects related to fenestration. As Senior Managerial and Technical staff, he trained contractors on industry standards while assessing their work for adherence to local regulations. Additionally, he headed operations at five different installation centres across the country.
In his free time, Jon unwinds with Alana in the peace and tranquillity of nature. When he’s not sea fishing for dinner or grilling up a storm on the BBQ, you can find them enjoying some well-deserved quality time together over a glass (or two) of vino.
